Doc Rivers was impressed with Tyrese Maxey debut

Philadelphia: We had basketball at the Wells Fargo Center in South Philadelphia for the first time since March 11, the day the NBA Shutdown from COVID19 as the Philadelphia 76ers took on the Boston Celtics in their preseason opener on Tuesday night. 

The Sixers would take down the Celtics 108-99 to start the preseason 1-0 under Doc Rivers.

The In-game experience at Wells Fargo Center:

There would be some notable changes as Fans will not be allowed into the arena at the start or if things change with the  COVID19 cases in Philadelphia & the State of Pennsylvania

How the pregame intros of the team sounded in the arena with no fans

In the fourth quarter, Sixers fans would get a chance to see their 2020 1st round pick Tyrese Maxey get some game action

Maxey would score his first points with the Sixers with 6:58 left on a Driving Reverse Layup

The Sixers will close out the preseason on Friday when they take on the Indiana Pacers at 6 PM on NBC Sports Philadelphia

The NBA regular season will begin for the Sixers on December 23 when the Sixers take on the Washington Wizards at the Wells Fargo Center.
