It’s time for the Week 5 edition of “The Bird’s Nest.” For the first time this season we here at Last Out Media look back on a win, while we turn our attention toward the Philadelphia Eagles next opponent the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers come in undefeated and look to be the Eagles biggest test of the season.
What Needs To Be Fixed
The Eagles defense was finally able to take the ball away last week. They forced 3 turnovers in all and that needs to continue. However, the defense at the end of games needs to be much better. No prevent! As for the offense they need to be mistake free. The Steelers are built to make you pay for mistakes so Carson Wentz needs to protect the football or it could get ugly.
What To Expect.
Pressure. In every conceivable way. Pittsburgh is going to pressure the quarterback and force the battered Philly receiving core to make plays. If the Eagles are smart they will run the ball early and often to give Wentz some breathing room. If they do this they have an outside shot of pulling The upset.
Pittsburgh poses just too many problems on both sides of the ball for Philadelphia to handle. Eventually they will pull away.
Final Score: Eagles 20 Steelers 27
